Eventful Alliance is in the business of curating unorthodox exhibition and event spaces as well as manage a chain of F&B outlets in Singapore.
EA’s Director started out with the National Heritage Board and was involved in the research and curating of various exhibitions in Singapore including the “Orchard-Ginza” Exhibition, a tie-up between Singapore and Japan through the Singapore Tourism Board, held at Orchard Paragon Shopping Centre, änd “Talents Unlimited”- an exhibition showcasing some of Singapore’s talented personnel, which travelled to various schools, etc. Under her belt, our director has also single-handedly researched and helped in the set-up of The SGH Museum and Museum Shop in 2005.
Started from a hobby, our Director has also attained certification from esteemed patisserie institutions worldwide, including Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and stayed for a considerable period in France, and incorporated French techniques and methods in the food prepared and served in our establishments.
Di Wei Teochew Restaurant embodies the authenticity of Teochew cuisine, with its emphasis on using only the freshest of ingredients for its wide variety of Teochew dishes. Serving up delicious dishes with light flavours is distinctive of Teochew cuisine in Singapore.
Signature dishes at Di Wei Teochew Restaurant include the Teochew Cold Crab, Teochew Fried Rice Noodles with Preserved Radish, and Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts or Pumpkin.
Characterised by spacious round tables and traditional Chinese decor, patrons enjoy well-rounded Teochew meals prepared by an experienced team of Chinese chefs in The Oval @ Seletar Aerospace Park and within Food Canopy in Botanic Gardens.
